Harry Blazer served as the Host of the Solari Food Series from 2016 to 2019. Harry is one of the most knowledgeable leaders in the fresh food industry.

After a successful career as a musician, Harry built the largest fresh food market in the United States, Harry’s Farmers Market, in the Atlanta area. He sold Harry’s in 2000 and moved to his ranch in western Montana.

Since that time Blazer Consulting has helped revolutionize the fresh offerings of many of the top groceries in North America and Europe. You can learn more at Blazer Consulting.

In 2005, Harry hired Catherine to help him design a local food venture model for the Flathead Valley in Montana. After several months, Harry asked Catherine to help him understand the real politics of food and finance – both local and global. Thus began an intense collaboration between two people dedicated to finding a profitable pathway to protect and nurture a healthy soil, seed and food supply to support free and sovereign people.

In 2016, Harry agreed to lead a Solari Food Series to ensure that his wealth of knowledge and that of his network was accessible to our subscribers. Our goal with the Food Series is to make sure you have the finest advice available about fresh food and are inspired to support your local gardeners, farmers, and ranchers and the restaurant chefs and grocers who source from them.
